We have no exclusive contracts and commitments with any one machine manufacturers. There are options and equipment less expensive for us to purchase; however, dollars and cents aside, the real focus of our business is keeping the residents of the buildings which we install and operate, happy, comfortable and relaxed in their laundry chores that will, in turn, preserve our most valuable asset: Our Reputation!
We don’t install and run. We have to maintain the equipment that we install and make sure that the laundry room works for the residents. We want long term relationships-not a quick buck. Because we (the Orner family) visit all the buildings on a monthly and weekly basis, we have direct contact with many of our residents, site management personnel, and maintenance staff, giving us a direct and immediate insight and awareness of every laundry room’s specific needs and requirements that no one else can honestly claim; thereby, in many instances, we will implement the solution nearly instantaneously, with only a quick cell phone call. A building never has to wait for a contract’s end to see us or haveany wish, need, desire, addition or modification to be executed. We do it. We do it right away; and, we do it ourselves.
